Job summary

Uline, a North American leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist (English/French) in Milton, ON. You will manage customer accounts, support timely payments and collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to minimize aging and improve cash flow.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 1+ years in AR or collections, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• 1+ years in collections, AR or customer service preferred.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
