This position requires an individual who will apply their knowledge of our client products and peripheral devices to support pre-sales validation and post-sales implementation activities at a highly technical level. These activities include application testing and development to find the right hardware and/or software solution, as well as troubleshooting complex support cases. The candidate will perform a variety of tasks to help achieve the company's business growth, including product training, creation of support resources, and technical marketing materials.
