Job summary

Aramark is seeking a bilingual Tim Hortons Team Member at the Roméo LeBlanc International Airport to deliver friendly service to travelers in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting.

You will work in English and French, handle orders, POS transactions, coffee and food prep, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. This is a full-time role with benefits; prior Tim Hortons experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and French required.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Experience working with Tim Horton's or similar franchise considered an asset.
• Valid WHMIS and Food Safe (Basic or Advanced), First Aid Certification is an asset.
• Knowledge of and commitment to upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work effectively supervised and unsupervised.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome airport travelers, flight crews, and airport personnel with a warm, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Take orders and answer guest questions in both English and French.
• Enter orders into the POS system, handle cash and electronic transactions, and provide receipts.
• Brew coffee, steep tea, and prepare beverages following brand standards.
• Prepare and assemble breakfast items, wraps, and baked goods with portion control.
• Keep bakery displays stocked, organized, and fresh during shifts.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak travel times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and counter teammates for smooth order flow.
