Aramark Canada is hiring a full-time baker at Romeo Leblanc International Airport. The role focuses on Tim Hortons operations and occasional Bistro/Pub support.

You will bake daily, follow standardized recipes, maintain safety standards, and provide friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience as retail and/or franchise baker.
• Experience at Tim Hortons or similar franchise is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English is an asset.
• Proven knowledge of baking methods, standards and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bakes and prepares a variety of foods according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, etc.
• Operates ovens, stoves, mixers and other equipment.
• Safely uses utensils and maintains food safety policies and sanitation.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and utensils.
• Maintains excellent customer service with guests and co-workers.
• Assists team with sandwiches, drinks and guest transitions at POS as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
