Job summary

Tim Hortons Ottawa is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to warmly greet guests, take orders at the counter, and help prepare coffees, donuts and other items. You will work with a friendly team to ensure welcoming, efficient service.

We offer full‑time shifts, product discounts, and opportunities to grow within the company. English fluency and a valid G‑Class license with own vehicle are helpful; availability from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm, Monday through Sunday, is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Enjoy working with a successful team in a safe environment.
• Are available for full‑time only shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with hospitality – sometimes you will be the first person they see to start their day.
• Take guest orders and use the cash register.
• Complete guest orders including coffees, iced cappuccinos, donuts and more.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized.
• Work with a team to make the guests’ day.
