Bilingual Agricultural Sales Representative

Overview

Furst-McNess Company of Canada Limited is a trusted supplier of high-quality feed ingredients to Feed Mills and Farm customers throughout Canada and the United States. We specialize in marketing co-products from the food and beverage, ethanol, grain processing, and cotton industries as quality animal feed ingredients.


We are seeking a results-driven, bilingual (French & English) Agricultural Sales Representative to expand purchasing and sales of agricultural products across Canada and the United States. The role centers on business development—building relationships with farm-gate customers, feed mills, processors, and suppliers—while identifying new markets and product opportunities that create value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers in the agricultural sector

  • Gather market intelligence to uncover growth opportunities and emerging product needs

  • Negotiate purchase and sales terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements

  • Provide exceptional, proactive customer service and monitor active shipments or orders

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing market feedback and participating in training initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
