Delivering winning proposals with defined scopes, accurate commitments, and timely submissions in line with Alstom processes

Supporting the Project Managers in the preparation of the First Financial Project Review (FPR0) and First Project Gate for each bundle

Coordinating internal activities to optimize customer needs and specifications for best for project outcomes

Defining bid operational strategies and aligning them with commercial objectives

Preparing technical, financial, and administrative documentation for tender submissions

Bachelor's Degree in STEM or Business; Master’s Degree desirable

10–20 years of experience in project or bid management, with expertise in costing, planning, and risk management

Strong understanding of financial, contractual, and legal aspects relevant to tender processes

Proven experience in managing medium to highly critical bids

Excellent communication and team management skills

High capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • High sense of anticipation
  • High standard in quality and precision of the work delivered

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

Work with new security standards for rail signalling

Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning programs
