Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your bid management and strategic leadership expertise in a transformative and cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, driven, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering winning proposals that shape the future of mobility in Canada’s busiest public transit system. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as engineering, finance, and legal), ensure compliance with Alstom’s processes and standards, and manage a wide range of tender activities, from pre-tendering to contract negotiations.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating the tender process and managing the tender team, but also ensuring the alignment of technical, commercial, and operational strategies.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing the Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitment for highly critical bids
Delivering winning proposals with defined scopes, accurate commitments, and timely submissions in line with Alstom processes
Supporting the Project Managers in the preparation of the First Financial Project Review (FPR0) and First Project Gate for each bundle
Coordinating internal activities to optimize customer needs and specifications for best for project outcomes
Defining bid operational strategies and aligning them with commercial objectives
Preparing technical, financial, and administrative documentation for tender submissions

Bachelor's Degree in STEM or Business; Master’s Degree desirable
10–20 years of experience in project or bid management, with expertise in costing, planning, and risk management
Knowledge of Alstom processes, including “Golden Rules” and Ethics & Compliance
Strong understanding of financial, contractual, and legal aspects relevant to tender processes
Proven experience in managing medium to highly critical bids
Excellent communication and team management skills
High capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
