Job summary

Resolver, a Kroll Business, is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to own Resolver's internal data, Snowflake pipelines, and top-level reporting. You’ll lead a data-centric team, shape metrics, and build AI-enabled insights while ensuring scale and security across the BI stack.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data definitions, sources, and actionable dashboards. A strong focus on mentorship and leadership will nurture a high-performing BI culture within Resolver.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo.
• Expert in SQL.
• Experience with Snowflake or a similar data platform.
• Experience in data modelling and ETL.
• Post secondary degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven.
• Ability to mentor and coach team.

Responsibilities

• Own dashboard delivery path from intake to delivery.
• Understand department data needs and align metrics.
• Advise on metrics design and actionable insights.
• Design and maintain data warehouse infrastructure for analysis.
• Detect data quality issues and perform data audits.
• Explore new data sources to inform company strategy.
• Mentor and develop BI team and build culture.
• Report BI impact to executive team.
