Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time professional BI project experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of data architectures, databases, and data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud computing services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Programming skills (Python, R, C#, Java).
• ERP systems experience desirable (NetSuite/MS Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses, dashboards, reports, and BI tools.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive BI strategies to support data-driven decisions.
• Managing a team of BI professionals and guiding project work within budget and timeline.
• Working with clients to identify data analysis needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Establishing governance and data quality and security practices.
