Qualifications

• BS or BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar, or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of data analysis or data management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL querying and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Understanding of database concepts, data warehousing principles.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail in data reporting and recommendations.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance data.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, define requirements and perform data validation.
• Research data inquiries from business partners across reports and dashboards.
• Provide ongoing support for BI solutions, including enhancements, ad-hoc queries and bug fixes.
• Provide data-centric post-go-live support for new solutions.
• Author and maintain complex queries focusing on data accuracy and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for BI solutions.
• Validate data entering the EDW and outbound integrations.
