CROWN Metal Packaging Canada LP is hiring a Decorator Operator for its Beverage Packaging Division in Calgary. You will operate automated equipment, perform quality checks, and adjust conveyors to maintain efficient production of high‑quality aluminum cans.

The role requires a 12‑hour shift schedule (4 on/4 off), a valid forklift license, and strong teamwork and communication. Prior printing press experience is a plus, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid forklift license and safe forklift operation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks on a 12-hour, 4-on/4-off shift schedule.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and teamwork.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail.
• Printing press experience is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more automated machines for aluminum can production.
• Perform mechanical adjustments and quality checks to keep lines flowing.
• Record quality data and monitor equipment status.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a safe, clean work area.
