Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in-home with children, delivering hands-on ABA sessions and supporting families. You’ll track progress, take notes, and coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily routines. Training is paid, and flexible hours include part-time shifts and Saturdays.

Mileage and device reimbursements are provided, with growth opportunities. Qualified candidates have a related bachelor’s degree or strong early intervention experience; 21+ years

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, or related field and 6 months of experience with children OR 4 years in early intervention.
  • Must be 21+ and have a California driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
  • Fluency in Farsi is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions in clients' homes.
  • Track progress and document notes to inform sessions.
  • Coach caregivers to apply ABA techniques in daily moments.
  • Travel between clients with mileage reimbursement; drive time paid.

Your Superpowers:

Here’s What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR
  • 4 years experience in early intervention
  • You’re ages 21+(our insurance says so)
  • You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle
    • You are fluent in Farsi (Preferred)
