SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; possess a "selling is fun" attitude; promote sales of beauty products; encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

1. Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
2. Always prioritize the customer and provide superior customer service.
3. Use eClienteling to model desired behavior and enhance customer experience.
4. Promote products through marketing and encourage use of the PC Optimum program.
5. Promote and book appointments for in-store events.

OPERATIONS:

1. Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services.
2. Attend vendor training and educational sessions.
3. Adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

1. Follow all health and safety regulations.
2. Comply with store policies and procedures.
3. Implement loss prevention policies and procedures.
4. Maintain professionalism at all times.
5. Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
2. Independent thinking and decision-making abilities.
3. Selling skills in cosmetics.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Proven consultative skills and experience in providing information.
2. Successful selling track record.
3. Knowledge of various beauty products and services.
4. Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations.
5. Strong communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Climb ladders.
3. Stock shelves by bending and stretching.
