Summary:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales expectations and promote awareness of promotional programs.
2. Maintain a positive attitude towards selling and promote beauty products.
3. Encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program.

Customer Service:

1. Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
2. Always prioritize the customer and provide superior service.
3. Use eClienteling to enhance customer experience.
4. Promote products and the PC Optimum program actively.
5. Book appointments for in-store events.

Operations:

1. Exhibit and promote the company's products and services.
2. Attend vendor training and educational sessions.
3. Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

General:

1. Comply with health, safety, and store policies.
2. Adhere to loss prevention policies.
3. Act professionally at all times.
4. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

1. Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
2. Independent thinking and decision-making abilities.
3. Selling skills in cosmetics.

Experience:

1. Proven consultative and selling skills with a track record of success.
2. Knowledge of beauty products and services.
3. Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrations.

1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Ability to climb ladders.
3. Ability to bend and stretch for stocking shelves.
