Join to apply for the Beauty merchandiser role at Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use PDT and MMS Systems for daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Be an expert in assigned product inventory, placement, and expiry dates.
• Maintain store standards related to image and trends.
• Ensure product displays are consumer-focused and 'shoppable.'
• Achieve daily sales targets.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Maintain a clean image in accordance with uniform policy and dress code.
• Take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers.
• Possess knowledge of the cosmetics market.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.

GENERAL:

• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to store standards.
• Follow loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Efficiency, organization, and neatness.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations on the sales floor.
• Cash handling responsibilities requiring accuracy and efficiency.

EXPERIENCE:

• Some computer and cash register skills.
• Well-organized with good record-keeping abilities.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
