About the Role

Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, with a focus on keeping the customer at the center of everything you do.

Why this role is important

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
• Be an expert in assigned areas of product inventory, placement, and expiry dates
• Maintain store standards related to image and trends
• Ensure product displays are consumer-focused and 'shoppable'
• Achieve daily sales targets

Customer Service

• Maintain a clean image in accordance with uniform policy and dress code
• Take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers
• Possess knowledge of the cosmetics market
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills

General Responsibilities

• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Follow store standards and loss prevention policies
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Efficiency, organization, and neatness
• Ability to adapt to changing situations
• Accuracy and efficiency in cash handling (if applicable)

Experience

• Some computer and cash register skills
