SUMMARY:

To manage resources of the Beauty department to maximize sales and achieve targets.

The ideal Beauty Manager will:

  • Drive results, provide leadership, analyze problems, engage staff, build relationships, demonstrate personal leadership, and build trust.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES EXPECTATIONS:
  • Use corporate sales tools to set and meet sales goals.
  • Sell to customers and coach staff in selling skills.
  • Develop effective sales techniques to maximize sales.
  • Ensure staff meet productivity objectives.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide superior service.
  • Monitor and communicate CSI survey results with team.
  • Model desired behaviors with eClienteling.
  • Book appointments and manage event schedules.
  • Promote products and encourage use of the PC Optimum program.
  • Train staff to meet beauty sales standards.
TEAM LEADERSHIP:
  • Mentor, coach, train, and motivate staff.
  • Create a fun selling environment.
  • Prepare performance appraisals with the Front Store Manager.
  • Promote and demonstrate company culture principles and values.
OPERATIONS:
  • Use sales tools to track performance.
  • Maintain Cosmetic Operating Standards.
  • Schedule shifts during peak hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Independent thinking for customer issues.
  • Ability to act on management goals.
  • Develop personal development plans.
  • Collaborate with management.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven sales achievement and cosmetic industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
