Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a Beauty Manager to lead the Beauty department and drive sales in our Nepean store. You will manage staff, train team members, and ensure customer service excellence while implementing corporate sales strategies.

The role focuses on maximizing sales through effective product promotions, event scheduling, and utilization of loyalty programs. You will build strong relationships with customers and contribute to a positive team culture aligned with our CORE values.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Cosmetic experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Previous experience in leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes corporate Sales Tracking Tools and Dashboard to set sales goals and to meet targets.
• Sells to customers and coaches / mentors staff in selling skills.
• Promotes products through marketing and encourages use of the PC Optimum program.
• Mentors, coaches, trains, and motivates staff.
• Creates an environment where selling is fun.
• Identifies peak hours and schedules shifts accordingly.
