Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Beauty department by using sales tools and coaching staff.
• Sell to customers and mentor staff in selling techniques.

• Monitor CSI results and communicate objectives with the team.
• Book events and manage annual event schedules.
• Promote products and PC Optimum program usage.
• Train staff to meet beauty sales standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff; manage performance appraisals.
