Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Expectations
  • Utilize corporate sales tracking tools and dashboards to set and meet sales goals
  • Sell to customers and coach/mentor staff in selling skills
  • Develop effective sales techniques to maximize sales
  • Ensure staff achieve productivity objectives
Customer Service
  • Always prioritize customer needs and provide superior service
  • Monitor and communicate CSI survey results and objectives with team
  • Model desired behaviors with eClienteling for superior customer experience
  • Book appointments for events and manage annual event schedules
  • Promote products through marketing and encourage use of the PC Optimum program
  • Ensure staff are trained to beauty sales standards
Team Leadership
  • Mentor, coach, train, and motivate staff
  • Create an environment where "selling is fun"
  • Prepare performance appraisals with the Front Store Manager
  • Articulate and demonstrate “Blue Culture Principles” and “C.O.R.E Values”
  • Foster an environment supporting these principles and values
Operations
  • Use corporate sales tools for continuous sales tracking
  • Ensure cosmetic operating standards are maintained
  • Identify peak hours and schedule shifts accordingly
Qualifications
  • Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions regarding customer needs
  • Ability to act upon tasks and goals set by management
  • Develop a yearly personal development plan
  • Collaborate with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager
Experience
  • Proven sales track record with achieving goals
  • Cosmetic industry experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Previous team leadership experience
