Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales expectations and promote awareness of promotional programs.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards selling and promote beauty products.
• Encourage customers to participate in the PC Optimum program and promote sales.

Customer Service:

• Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
• Always prioritize the customer and provide superior service.
• Utilize eClienteling to enhance customer experience.
• Promote products and encourage participation in marketing and store events.

Operations:

• Exhibit and promote company products and services.
• Attend vendor training and workshops.
• Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

General:

• Comply with health, safety, store policies, and loss prevention procedures.
• Act professionally at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Independent thinking.
• Selling skills in cosmetics or luxury goods.

Experience:
