SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; possess a "selling is fun" attitude; promote sales of beauty products; encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
• Always prioritize the customer and provide superior service.
• Use eClienteling to enhance customer interactions.
• Promote products and the PC Optimum program; book appointments for in-store events.

OPERATIONS:

• Promote company products and services.
• Attend vendor training and educational sessions.
• Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

• Comply with health, safety, store policies, and loss prevention procedures.
• Act professionally at all times.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Independent thinking.
• Selling skills in cosmetics or luxury goods.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative and selling skills.
• Knowledge of beauty products and services.
• Ability to conduct consultations and demonstrate applications.
• Strong communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders.
• Stock shelves by bending and stretching.
