Job summary

Sephora Canada is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Sudbury to greet clients with warmth, provide personalized consultations, and recommend products that boost confidence across diverse beauty needs. The role supports inventory and store presentation, collaborates with the team, and aims to exceed sales goals while upholding Sephora Canada standards in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Flexible scheduling includes 15-29 hours for part-time and evenings/weekends, with a compensation range of CAD$19.20

Qualifications

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
