As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas.

1. Passionate about Clients: Greet all clients with enthusiasm, provide courteous, knowledgeable service, determine client needs, suggest products, and provide makeovers as needed.
2. Training & Development: Complete in-depth brand training for your team, pursue additional product knowledge, and cross-train with other Beauty Advisors.
3. Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control, communicate inventory concerns, ensure compliance with sampling policies, stay informed about store events, and participate in loss prevention programs. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions if designated.
