Role Overview: The Beauty Advisor builds deep, lasting relationships with customers to boost sales, service quality, and loyalty. Compensation is commission-based, directly linked to sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
2. Meet or exceed sales and service goals
3. Develop and maintain a loyal client base
4. Share expert product knowledge with the team
5. Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and management
6. Identify marketing opportunities and participate in events
7. Attend educational sessions and product seminars
8. Support visual merchandising and store maintenance tasks
9. Engage with clients via phone, email, and electronic communication
10. Resolve customer issues in collaboration with management
11. Perform additional duties as assigned
12. Ensure compliance with privacy and cybersecurity policies

Ideal Candidate:

• High school diploma
• Proven sales achievement in a commission environment
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum two years retail sales experience
• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for some brands
• Experience in luxury retail preferred
