Description

As a skilled make-up artist, you will combine your creative and technical expertise to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter seeking a progressive career in prestige beauty.

While certification in make-up artistry and/or retail experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with amateur-level experience demonstrating high creative and technical skills. We offer excellent training, development, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Qualified in make-up artistry or retail experience preferred; amateur experience considered if demonstrating high skill level
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview

Pay Range

Base salary ranges from $17.75 to $28.55 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, based on a 40-hour week. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid holidays, and more. Eligibility for commission/bonus plans may apply.
