Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a freelance sales associate to provide makeup application, skincare, fragrance or hair consultations in‑store, delivering an inspirational and personalized customer experience while driving sales and in‑store events.

Candidates with makeup artistry certification are desirable, but beginner-level expertise is welcome. Experience with POS systems and ability to work days, nights, weekends, and events in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not required.
• Retail experience preferred, but amateur level with high skill is welcome.
• Ability to provide inspirational, personalized customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
