Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience supervising clinical staff.
• Reliable car, CA driver’s license, and insurance.
• CPR certification and immunization records required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers, helping them grow in the field.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.

Skills

Active BCBA certification

Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)

Education

Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
