Job summary

Entrust Disability Services Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee evidence-based behaviour support plans for individuals with complex developmental disabilities.

This full-time, hybrid role reports to the Director, Respite and Behavioural Support and supports teams across North America. You will lead assessments, coach frontline staff, drive data-informed decisions, and collaborate with families and funders.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behaviour Analyst designation in good standing with experience conducting assessments and developing individualized behaviour support programs.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), positive behaviour supports, and person-centered intervention strategies.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting frontline teams to achieve consistent and effective plan implementation.
• Data collection, outcome analysis, and making informed clinical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with families, funders, leadership, and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Commitment to positive behaviour support, dignity, autonomy, and least restrictive practices.
• Strong documentation, time-management, and case management skills with the ability to meet multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel across Alberta with a valid Class 5 driver's license.

• Drive Results with Data: Turn behavioural data into actionable insights and prepare progress reports.
• Champion Collaboration: Partner with families, program managers, professionals, and funders.
• Advocate for Dignity and Inclusion: Promote least restrictive practices and person-centered approaches.
• Shape the Future: Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation activities.
