Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Engineering Project Management.
Ability to coordinate activities across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience managing schedules, priorities, and technical workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and issue-resolution capabilities.
Experience in battery testing, product development, validation, laboratory operations, or related engineering fields is an asset.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, schedule, and track battery testing activities across the facility.
Manage battery pack and cell test requests.
Monitor testing progress and resource utilization.
Ensure milestones in product development and validation are achieved on schedule.
Interface with Product Development and Validation teams to understand testing requirements.
Develop and maintain test schedules and capacity forecasts aligned with plans.
