We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented labourer to join our screening and bagging facility, located by Halkirk, Alberta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring the efficient screening and packaging of our black earth humics products while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor screening and bagging machinery to ensure efficient processing of black earth humics.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Set machine parameters according to the product specifications and adjust based on production requirements.
• Monitor product quality throughout the screening and bagging process to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, including quantities processed, bagged, and quality control checks.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during production.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep the facility clean and organized, including the proper handling and storage of materials.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to machinery operation and safety practices.
