State & Main Kitchen + Bar in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking a Bartender to craft drinks and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You’ll be the life of the bar, engaging guests with precision and warmth while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will work with a dynamic team, learn our beverage menu, handle payments, keep the bar clean, and participate in daily specials while upholding responsible service.

What You’ll Do

• Craft a variety of drinks with speed and precision, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Work collaboratively with the front‑of‑house team to provide exceptional service, keeping communication open during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it’s fully stocked and operational throughout your shift.
• Stay up‑to‑date with our beverage menu and any daily specials, recommending drinks that align with guest preferences.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
• Assist in creating new drink specials or cocktail ideas in collaboration with the bar team and management.
