Qualifications

Strong customer service orientation focused on guest experiences.
Clear verbal communication and active listening in busy environments.
Knowledge of food & beverage basics, including ingredients and safe handling.
Accurate cash handling, tab management, and balancing a cash drawer.
Bartending skills, drink preparation, cocktail knowledge, and responsible service.
Ability to stand, work evenings, weekends, and holidays; stay composed under pressure.
Understanding of local liquor laws and Smart Serve or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Take guest orders and provide attentive service at the bar and surrounding areas.
Mix and garnish drinks according to recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean, organized bar and monitor stock levels.
Handle cash transactions, manage tabs, and process payments accurately.
Support opening and closing duties and assist team as needed.
Engage with guests professionally and answer questions about the menu.
