Responsibilities

• Craft a variety of drinks with speed and precision, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner to create a welcoming experience.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure exemplary service during busy shifts.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well stocked throughout shifts.
• Stay current with the beverage menu and daily specials; recommend drinks accordingly.
• Monitor alcohol service to ensure responsible consumption and compliance with rules.
• Handle guest payments and manage cash drawer accurately.
• Contribute ideas for new drink specials with the bar team and management.
