Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience behind a bar.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, prepare and serve beverages and food to guests' taste, providing them with an excellent customer service experience.
• Ensure that bar supplies are optimized and comply with health and safety requirements.
• Ensure that the working environment and equipment are always clean and well organized.
• Comply with current laws and regulations regarding alcohol.
