POSITION LOCATED IN DIGBY, NOVA SCOTIA

STAFF ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE

Join our team at Digby Pines Golf Course as a Bartender-Server! Located in beautiful Digby, Nova Scotia, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Mixing and serving drinks to golfers and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Providing casual bar service on the patio, during tournaments, or from our beverage cart.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere by remembering guest preferences and adding personal touches.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar, stocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety standards.
• Processing payments accurately using the POS system.
• Assisting with light food service, including snacks and quick lunches.
• Supporting golf tournaments, weddings, and special events.
• Performing daily checks such as inventory management and cleaning duties.

Additional duties:

• Taking food orders in our 19th Hole eatery with friendly and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience (golf course, clubhouse, resort, or casual bar experience preferred).
• Smart Serve certification or ability to obtain it.
• A passion for golf or enjoying outdoor environments with great people.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and energy.
• Ability to multitask and work independently during slower periods.
• Physical ability to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
