Bartender

Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House, carefully mixing cocktails and pouring drinks for our Guests. They are responsible for ensuring that our Guests have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. Dedicated to serving perfect drinks every time, they also excel at building relationships at the bar through conversation and situational serving. They champion a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• Maintains composure and thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Builds relationships with regulars by getting to know their names and chatting about sports
• Knows how to mix all drinks to Boston Pizza standards
• Champions the "Foundations of Hospitality," Boston Pizza's Brand Standards, and Food Safety
• Communicates effectively with the Front of House team to ensure quick drink service
