Job Description

JOB DUTIES :

• Professional Bartender with serving skills and experience is an asset.
• Making drinks following recipes, taking orders, serving food and beverages, setting up / cleaning up, using POS system and handling cash / card transactions.
• Basic cash-out counting, answering the phone, receiving take-out orders by phone and delivery app.
• Using tablet to organize walk-ins and reservations, greeting and seating customers.
• Ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years bartending experience.
• At least 4 years serving experience; fine dine experience is an asset.
• Serving it right certification.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• English language skill level : fluent or intermediate.
• Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident preferred; if work permit, must be able to work more than 6 months.
• Basic knowledge of our menu (not required but helpful).
• Serving It Right certification.
• Staff meal provided for each shift.
• Only a few minutes walk from Bridgeport station.
• Closed on some holidays (Christmas, New Year).
• CovidSafe certified workplace.
• Friendly, multicultural team of staff.
