Job description

You are of legal age, enjoy working with the public, building relationships, maintaining conversations, developing your clientele, and creating and serving cocktails and food, all while following standards. You want to evolve with a dynamic and professional team. Don't worry if you lack experience; we will train you on-site and pay you during training. We also offer courses in Hygiene and Sanitation, Occupational Health and Safety, and training on hazardous products and materials. Additionally, we have a mentoring program to help you find your way around.

Main functions

• Prepare and serve various drinks
• Serve food
• Prepare drinks for waiters
• Set up the bar
• Manage the cash register and inventory
• Apply hygiene, health, and safety standards in the workplace
• Follow operating instructions and maintain equipment
• Keep the workstation clean at all times
• Respect stock rotation
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, warehouses, and other storage areas according to inventory rotation
• Operate the glasswasher and store glasses appropriately
• Perform other tasks as requested by the manager
