Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional barista experience.
• Previous FOH experience (server, busser, hostess, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee service.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to support different areas of service.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages with consistency and quality.
• Provide warm, attentive guest service while taking orders.
• Support front-of-house operations, including serving, bussing, seating guests, and maintaining smooth service during peak times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, service areas, and guest spaces.
• Restock supplies and ensure the bar is prepared for efficient daily service.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to create a seamless guest experience.
• Follow health/safety protocols and assist with opening/closing duties.
