Starbucks Corp. is hiring a barista to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers in a fast-paced, friendly store environment. You will work with teammates to craft beverages, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming space for guests in our Victoria store.

Role emphasizes learning new recipes, providing exceptional service, and contributing to a positive team dynamic. Prior experience is not required, but a passion for coffee and people helps.

Qualifications

• Good communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to learn new beverage recipes and store procedures.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create the Starbucks Experience.
• Prepare beverages and food items to standard recipes.
• Cash handling and basic store safety responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist with shift tasks.
