Starbucks Vancouver is hiring a barista to create the Starbucks Experience for customers through exceptional service and expertly-crafted beverages. You’ll work in a lively store, master your food & beverage craft, and connect with colleagues and customers every day.

A cup of coffee and a smile can brighten a shopper's day. As a barista you’ll learn quickly, support teamwork, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety.
• Engage with customers to understand needs via clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customize per customer requests.
• Be ready to perform many tasks in a fast-paced store.
