Qualifications

• Must be a people person and enjoy meeting customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced store.
• Able to handle cash and maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn new beverages and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
• Cash handling and accurate register operations.
• Keep the store clean, organized and safe at all times.
