Job summary

Forecast Coffee on Main Street in Vancouver is hiring for barista and all-rounder roles. You will serve coffee with an extended food menu and cross-train across kitchen and POS to support all cafe positions.

Starting wage is CAD 18.70 per hour with tips paid weekly. We value great coffee, community, and a positive, inclusive environment for staff and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista in a cafe setting.
• Willing to work in all cafe roles including kitchen and POS.
• Flexible mornings and evenings; cafe hours 7am–7pm.
• Strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and food to standard.
• Provide friendly customer service and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate POS and handle cash/transactions.
• Support team and maintain safety protocols.

Forecast Coffee is hiring! We are looking for wonderful staff to join our team in our cafe on Main Street. Serving coffee with an extended food menu, we are looking for talented Baristas and skilled all-rounders to join the team.

• loves great coffee and has previous barista experience (kitchen experience is also an asset)
• is willing to work in all positions in the cafe- we cross train in kitchen and pos so everyone can do all roles
• has flexible availability - mornings & evenings (Cafe hours 7am-7pm)
• enjoys working in a fast-paced environment & getting to know your customers
• is a team player and wants to build connections within our community
