We’re looking for an interesting individual to join our small but mighty crew. This role is perfect for someone who’s serious about coffee and tea, creating memorable experiences for guests, and is ready to contribute to a creative & evolving space.

About You:

• You have a genuine passion for coffee and tea culture
• You're warm, professional, and engage positively with customers
• You’re self-directed, reliable, and take initiative
• You're open to learning new skills — including bar service
• You are willing to grow with us as we expand

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation or handling is beneficial
• Flexible availability during week and weekends (Initial shifts W/Th/Sat)
• Smart Serve certification encouraged or willing to obtain

Bonus Points For

• Social Media skills and savvy
• Interest in DJing and music selection/events

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages to standard
• Provide exceptional service and build rapport with guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
• Operating the POS system (Square) for transactions and handling cash.
• Be comfortable with food preparation and service
