Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Barista for our Neighbours/Nightingale cafes. You will craft beverages with care, deliver attentive service, and contribute to a premium guest experience in a luxury environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar role; latte art and coffee knowledge are a plus. The position supports a 24-hour operation and embodies our caring, service-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Is passionate about the Food & Beverage Industry and has a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Has prior experience in luxury or upscale environment, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
• Prior Latte Art experience and coffee knowledge is a plus.
