Job summary

Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop in Vernon, BC is seeking a capable manager to lead daily operations on site. You will plan and organize operations, oversee staffing, budgets, and customer service, and ensure policy compliance across the shop.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and organizational skills, with 1–2 years of supervisory experience. On-site work with opportunities for growth within the barbershop network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in daily operations planning and staff management.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations at the barbershop.
• Plan and organize daily operations to ensure service quality.
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• Plan and control budget and inventory.
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• Hire, train and supervise staff.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Oversee the operation of the company.
