Job summary

Good Folk in Banff, located in the Otter Hotel, is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our beverage program, inspire the team, and elevate guest experiences.

You will oversee daily bar operations, craft innovative cocktails, and manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and costs while maintaining exceptional service standards and safety compliance. ProServe certification required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• 2+ years bartending experience.
• 1+ year in a leadership or management role.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling.
• ProServe certification required.
