About the role:

As a Bar Manager, you will oversee our multi-bar operations, responsible for ensuring smooth daily service and high-quality guest experiences. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will be key in managing the bar team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

1. Manage and coordinate the activities of the bar staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
2. Train, mentor, and evaluate bar staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
3. Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
4. Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
5. Interact with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
6. Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalized service.
7. Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.
8. Maintain excellent communication with staff and guests.

Requirements:

• Bar management experience essential.
• Training and development skills essential.
• Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field desirable.
